Dream Making Projects

The following projects will be undertaken in partnership with the local charity in place. More projects will be announced soon.

• Social Corporate Responsibility in Brazil (June 2008) -- We donated bicycles to 10 schools in different cities of Brasil for the kids physical education. In exchange, Brasilian kids wrote messages and drawings for Australian children, beginning an exchange of communication between these two wonderful and mystic countries.

• Take a Message to the World in Australia (October 2008) -- The messages from Brasilian children are being communicated to primary schools in Australia. The key message is that "Dreams Do Come True."  Christophe Barriere-Varju personally visits these schools, share his story, teach a few basic phrases in Portuguese for the two countries to begin to communicate, and answer all sort of questions about the Dakar Rally (mostly at the requests of the Dads!)

Those activities may seem pretty basic but instil some key core values in children:

1. Dreams
2. Inspiration
3. Communication
4. Respect
5. Learning

During each class project individual kid must answer three questions:

1. What do you want to be when you grow up?
2. How could you make the world a better place?
3. Why is such a fantastic place to live in?

Then they will make a nice drawing that we will send out across the world..

To Schools/Teachers: Please do get in touch with us if you would like Christophe to speak and share fantastic stories with your students (6-12 years old), we will then organise for your school to be in contact with overseas schools.
